This couldn't be simpler. To display my neck warmers, I took an old floor lamp and deconstructed the shade. I use an old Edison bulb for a warm vintage look and then just use the lamp shade frame to hang the hangers. This could work for a variety of items but also looks great as a floor lamp for ambient lighting.
