A charming wreath hangs above my firewood on the porch.
This is the cable on a reel that I found on a recent vacation. I knew that I was going to make a wreath the minute I saw it.
These vintage flowers made for an easy and pretty spring wreath. I snatched them up for a mere $2 a stem. beautiful!
My far should I go? A question I ask myself quite often.
Flowers on each side, but not symmetrically. This is where I drew the line...I was going to add more stuff but thought I would live with it this way, you can always add more!

An old cable on a reel with the added softness of vintage porcelain flowers bring together two of my favorite things. Industrial and Cottage styles. I found the cable on a reel in a junk shop last week and then the flowers at an occasional sale the following day. Since the flowers were wired, it couldn't have been easier! I actually am more of a cottage girl these days than anything else, but I do love to throw a little hard stuff into the mix once in a while....but don't we all? I hung it on my little cottage with an old rusty clip and it looks quite charming... this one's a keeper.

Did you make this?
After you make it, show it off to other members in the Member Junk area.
