"Cush" Job...

I got these glass jar canisters in a box of jars from my grandma.  The jars are moving on to other things too...
The cork lids, a few little vintage plates, some strong glue and assorted little sewing goodies...
...all come together to make this pin cushion.
If I was  sew-er, Im sure this would work slick as intended...Im not...but soon, I hope :)
Until then Ill use it on my dresser to display vintage pins and such.

These old cork jar lids had served their practical purpose for many years...but I think they'll enjoy their new "cushy" job sitting around "looking pretty" as pin cushions.  What do you think?
