Heart of Gold Necklace

There’s just a hint of embossing evident through the layers of paint.
The antique keys and chipping, doorknob escutcheon are unified by the subtle shimmering of the bronze hearts and chain.

After many years of gathering both large and small finds, it’s fascinating how the pieces eventually find each other.

Each vintage element has its own story to tell.

There’s just a hint of embossing evident through the layers of paint.

MimiToria writes: Nice job Jim! Those hardware pcs. are one of my favorites to design with. :) Just had some mini cards printed a while back with a shot of a necklace I sold last Summer that could be a sister to yours. Keys dangling and same chippy hardware pcs. So much fun and I'm betting that lucky new owner of this will be loving it...
