Crumpled Book Paper Wreath

I have seen so many pretty paper wreaths out in blog land.  I like them, but they look so complicated...and look to take so much time.  Come on!  I have 5 boys and limited time, so I decided to make one with crumpled paper.  I tear out pages from a book (I use those 60's or 70's readers digest books with 4 or 5 different stories), then I crumpled them all at one time.  I took a floral wreath form made of wire and wrapped it in fabric strips.  I used my glue gun to keep the fabric in place.  I then added the paper crumpled balls one at a time making sure not to have any bare spots.  (Uses quite a bit of hot glue...WATCH YOUR FINGERS!)  I added pearl looking embellishments to this wreath to make if for Christmas.  You really could make this wreath for any holiday and decorate for that theme.  Took me about an hour to make each wreath.
