OK, so theyre fake. But I do have some tulips open. (I looked and looked before finally finding a canning rack at Goodwill.)
Ive been saving metal funnels for years, thinking I would make a funnel man. But wind chimes happened instead.
I am determined to have mint this year! I think this used to be a hopper for sand blasting.
Finally got around to making a tiered server.  Inspiration courtesy of Christina S.
I made this birdhouse years ago, but this winter the squirrels chewed a huge hole in the front of it. I patched it up with a cheeseboard from the thrift store and a metal ring. Lets see you chew through this, squirrely!

The sunshine gives me hope that winter is really gone! Here are a few of the things I've done recently.

junkermidge writes: All your projects are great and perfect for spring. But I SOOO love the glass serving stand. I've seen a lot of them (including some I've made) but that one is the prettiest I've seen yet. So gorgeous! The pink is awesome -- and I'm not even a pink girl.

Christina_S writes: Love your spring projects! I wish it was nice here. There is a storm going on outside right now and they said it might snow here in Portland,OR this weekend.... in April! Anyway, I really like the colors you used in your server, especially the pink glass on top! I just may have to pull some inspiration from you too :) Good luck with the mint, the container is awesome. oldnews writes: Those squirrels...so cute but what a pain they are! They devour all the plants I love most and torture my poor dogs by running up and down the fence line knowing they can't get to them! Good solution for your birdhouse, hope it works! They will probably mutate and develop stronger teeth eventually...
