This arched, four glass-panelled window frame was salvaged from the old Ashland High School in our home town.  It survived being tossed out an upper floor window when the building was being remodelled into a large church and barely missed the dumpster!  I snagged it before it was destroyed and taken away.  I simply cleaned it up a bit and then we decorated it for Christmas after raising it on short blocks and placing it on the firplace mantle.  The surrounding decorations are composed of lots of items used in the past but with an new design by the family.  Not everyone "gets it" about having a window with no view but it sure was a fun change this year!
