I have been a junker as long as I can remember. I always loved the idea of making something from nothing. Even as a kid I wanted a funky light for my bedroom, found an old railroad light, and with a little help from my father to figure out the electrical part, I managed to make an awesome light. My husband and I used to go to garage sales, flea markets and auctions and I would buy things that would make him roll his eyes. Now he sees things and says, I bet you could make something cool out of this. I am a mom and a grandma. I have worked in radio for the last 22 years. I am happy to have found this JunkMarket Style group and looking forward getting aquainted with co-junkers. :)
