2 crates, a printer's drawer and 4 casters. I did add a piece of plexi glass to the top :)

Re: ANY IDEAS FOR THIS WOOD SLOT TRAY?

I have the Junk Beautiful book and I believe the legs were two old washing boards..one on each side of course. I started to make this project and the washboards weren't working for me so I used old crates instead. It turned out awesome!!
