A junker at heart I have developed a craft business based on reusing and recycling junk. I got into junk even before it was popular and have been successful in my recycling and reinventing process. I wish that the Junk Market ladies would do a Canadian tour!

posted: 2:04 pm on January 21stOh Dear - some friends of mine will never let me into their home again if I tell them I can make something cool out of old piano rolls! There have many many many of them as they have a cool old player piano that they still use. In fact, we were just over there a little bit ago for a good old-fashioned sing-along. It's even more fun when a little wine is involved!
Can't wait to see those ideas!

Afraid they are closed for season now, but make sure next year you visit. They open in May. Also I find the Value Villages still good for the winter months of Treasure Hunting in chilly Ontario.
Happy junking!
