Re: Instant Ancestor Display Ideas

Thanks gals! There are lots of these photos waiting for a fun rescue.
Great ideas you had, too, Georgia--the trumpet idea is truly cool. You should post a pic!
Kimberly--I totally heart you for saying I'm wonderful! Wanna be my new best friend?! :)
Sue--To the Queen of Junk, anything you think is cool has got to stay on my fav list! I'm loving the re-purposing projects you're doing, keep it up, the site (despite my initial sadness at the change, I'm lovin' it now) is amazing--y'all keep up the great job!!

Re: Vintage window turned photo display

Super-cute photo display! Aren't old windows fun? I like the distressed & chippy look of your window. Did you do sepia tone for photos? Looks great! :)

Re: Care to share advice?

I'm so glad you asked this question, I've wondered the same thing! Here's another question to go along with this:
Do you have to do any legal paperwork before selling at flea markets or do you just send any taxes (if any?) in later at end of year? Any other advise out there? I've been curious about this!
I love your stuff, too! I'm sure you'll do well if you decide to sell!!

Georgia,
That collage is SO pretty! You have an amazing, creative way of making such lovely & unique things! I really like the softer colors and the small florals mixed with larger graphic pics & words. Great job!!

Re: Scales . . . Scales . . . and More Scales . . .

I love your ideas! It's amazing how everyone comes up with such creative ways to use the same thing--I'll have to post some of my scale ideas sometime :). Love your scales--you have such great style!!

Re: Old Window Picture Frame

I used clear photo corners (found at scrapbook store) to attach the photos to the back of the glass. They were already sticky on one side. This way I can change out the photos seasonally, or as desired!
Also, I actually placed the computer printed words on the RIGHT side of the glass, flipped window over and painted/traced on the WRONG side--this way when I dust the glass I don't have to worry about scraping paint off accidentally! Sorry for the confusion! :)

Re: The Sisterhood of the Traveling Junk

Sue,
I LOVE these ideas! I am more of a junk re-purposer than junk builder, and ideas like this get my creative energy going! I'm going to have to look for those soda fountain dishes :). Did I mention that I LOOOVE this?!!

Stacey

Re: Jewelry caddy
