Ever since I was a little girl making things for my Barbies, I've loved the idea of repurposing items. We didn't know what we were doing back then, but oh, the fun we had! We would use boxes, wooden thread spools, bottle caps and game pieces to create the perfect room for our Barbie dolls. I haven't done anything like this in my adult life, but I've been inspired. Now, I want to re-live the fun and excitement I had as a child by decorating my house with junk.

Does the duct tape serve a purpose or is it just used to decorate the bottle? I just recently heard of upside-down gardening and thought I might give it a try this year. I still have 2 of those old clothes line T-poles on the property. Thought I would hang a few from there. Thanks for sharing.

Hi! I'm a newbie, but I'm sold. I bought the magazine yesterday at the grocery store on a whim. Thought it would be just another decorating magazine, but WOW! How could I not know about something so exciting? Now I can't wait for the snow to melt so I can get a second look at all the junk that's layin around the farm we bought. I'm sure it will have a brand new meaning for me. Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful ideas.
