I frequently buy things and parts when I go hunting for treasures without having any idea of what I might use it for.

Re: Repurposed Folding Rulers

That is so charming! I have a nice stash of broken folding rulers that I now have another creative way to use them. I also find that the best projects come from my stash of junking items!

Re: More Upcycled Decorative Birdhouses

I love your birdhouses! I have enough junk collected that I may attempt to do my own.

Nicely done! I have a thing for old boxes and have a few cool ones just waiting to be made into end tables.

Re: Decoupaged Map Buffet

Very Nice! I have two projects similar to this that I completed and sold. One was a vanity that I decoupaged victorian ads on the drawer fronts and the side and the other was a shabby 3 drawer dresser that I decoupaged an old National geographic map of the caribbean island area.

Re: Shiney Knight on Armored Dragon

I love it! I hope someday to do something cool like that!

Re: Tell me whatcha think... I need an idea.

I have a table just like this one in my home. We picked it up at the longest yard sale about 3 years ago for $2. My husband sanded it, we stained it and it turned out beautiful. I love the table, it's sturdy and I don't have to worry about if it ever gets another ding or dent because that will just add to the character. There was a time in the past, maybe the 70's where making tables out of 2x6 wood was popular.

Re: Vintage JEWELRY Sign

Awesome sign!

Re: Leopard Print Chair - Rowr!

What a great reuse idea!

Re: Shutter Cabinet

Re: Oronoco Junking Finds!

All Cool Stuff!! Just sitting here with my mouth open at your great metal finds!

Re: lancaster forge blower

If you ever decide that you don't want it, there are people who do blacksmithing and they would appreciate one of these. My uncle had one and they are very heavy and I sold it to a gentleman who was very happy to have it. Nice find!

Re: First Oronoco Adventure

I'm drooling over your items! Great finds, love the stencil wheel and the game board. Thanks for sharing!

Re: It's time to play dominoes!

What a great idea! I come across dominoes frequently and may have to borrow your idea. Thanks!

Re: More Wood and Metal

Nice Finds! I have a couple of metal file cabinets just like the one in your picture in my stash and am looking for more so that I can stack them all together and put some industrial wheels on the bottom for a great industrial storage unit. I once had a army foot locker that was painted bright green and it sat in my booth for awhile, so I took it home painted it antique bronze added some wheels and away it went. That trunk is wonderful and already has a great color scheme.

I love doors :) What a great door! I agree with the idea for the hall tree. It could also make a nice little room divider and you could hange some string lights in the opening. Fun Fun!

Re: Cool old "Typewriter" desk

Very nice find and good work! I have never come across one of these in the past 6 years that I have been going to Estate Sales. First thing I thought of was what a great place to put a lap top in!

Re: Bottle Crate Plant Stand

Thanks for all the wonderful comments! I put it in my booth on Friday and it was sold by Sunday!. Gee, wish I had more :)

I'm so glad you posted that as I have been debating whether to paint a table white or a creamy white. I'm definitely going with the creamy white. Nice Job!

Re: Have You Ever Had A Wood Bucket Fall Apart?

I was at a sale this morning and someone had two old wooden buckets that were apart. I looked at them and contemplated buying them but didn't have any immediate ideas as to what I should create with the pieces of wood. But now I do! Thanks!

Re: Silverplate Tray Sign

It was one word and the decorations were separate, purchased it at Hobby Lobby. Thanks for asking!
