I have been waiting some time to find a piece that had beautiful shape and lines but not so beautiful insides. One random phone call for a curb pick up one day and here she is. I finally get to put my idea into action!!!

I saw a photo that had been blown up and put on canvas of the top of an old telephone booth that was red, chipped and a wee bit wonky. I thought - I love that piece! However it's not really my thing to mount art on my wall, as I'm more someone in need of functional art. So I decided to create something to mimic it's look.
I made the hat out of roofing paper, the frame is a little witch frame I bought after Halloween years ago real cheap. I put real kids dresses on her for the different seasons and hide her wire witch...

I literally tripped over some junk for this one! When that "A-HA" moment comes, it can be at some pretty random times, but as some that loves to design junk, once that moment hits, it's like a nagging non stop, git'er done, kind of thing! So here's what happened!

Re-imagined SUPER BOOSTER battery charger. "Sparky" was inspired by one of the movie trailers for Box Trolls... I don't argue, when the inspiration comes I run with it! : )
Am I the only one that destroys his work space with every project? I swear it takes longer to clean up the last project's remains than it does to finish the current project!

My old landlord called me up to let me know she had something she thought I would love to play with that was left behind from an old tenant. Well, she was right! of course, I saw it completely different than she did and that vision took on a shape of it's own!
