The tag is made from the paper end of the player roll that was in the piano.
The player piano came from a senior center.  I had to dismantle it on site.  Youll see complete results in another post.
My original plan for this part:  leave as is because it was so cool looking and the parts move.
My plan for the part needed a few details, so I asked myself what would _______ do with this.

I was given an old player piano to do something with, so I dismantled it.  The part used in this project was pretty cool and the sections move up and down as you turn the knob.   I liked it as a piece of art by itself, but I decided to think of my JMS friends as inspiration on how to improve it junk style.  This is what I came up with.

Junk_Sophisticate writes: Noreen, or Midge as we lovingly know her, has been with JMS for a quite a while now. She is a PERFECT example of what creative, friendly and funny is and I am thrilled to highlight my favorite project of hers.

This piece from a dismantled player piano has all the elements I love. Neutral color, industrial feel and it's geared toward family. Beautifully done, Midge! I wish you wonderful time spent with family and friends this holiday season!

Thanks again for sharing this amazing project with all of us.
