Beachy Bath Bucket Storage

I needed a little extra storage for in the childrens bathroom.  I hung aqua painted pails from rope on an old barn pully.  It hangs on the shower curtain rod to hold bubble bath, sponges etc.  I tied on a sea star & added a little bunch of beach grass to go with my seaside theme.  It goes well with the clam shell on the edge of the tub holding soap.  Plus - It actually encourages my kids to put the shampoo away.

I just got back from vacation - I was excited to see all the new great posts!

EdwardThirlwall writes: This storage idea looks really cool and hip that reminds me of a holiday at the beach house. However, I think it is not easy getting hold of the old barn pulley in stores so this would only work if you already own one. Nevertheless, it is still a new idea which I seldom see around in the homes of friends or relatives. Posted: 10:27 pm on March 30th

What a great idea and the photos are beautiful. I think I was starting to smell sun tan lotion as I was admiring your photos.

Junk_Sophisticate writes: Love this idea! The pulley is mighty spectacular by itself but the soft aqua bucket and starfish make it even better. Your photos are so soothing to look at too!

Nicely done.

JUNKFORFUN writes: THAT IS SO COOL, THANK YOU FOR SPARKING MY IMAGINATION. THIS IS THE SAME KIND OF BEACH LOOK I'M TRYING TO GIVE MY BATHROOM. I DON'T WANT TO USE ALL THE BEACH STUFF FROM THE STORE BECAUSE THEN YOUR ROOM JUST ENDS UP LOOKING CHEESY. I LIKE THIS IDEA. IT'S JUST REAL AND CREATIVE. THANKS AGAIN.
