Waterski seating projects
February 11th, 2009 in member junkObviously, this is not one of my current projects (note the beautiful background). It does feel pretty nice around here the last couple of days, but not THAT nice. This was one of my earlier projects and it sold pretty fast. I used to foget to photograph my projects, but this one I remembered just as it was being loaded in their car. They waited for me to get my camera and I'm glad they did. I think it turned out pretty cool. Hopefully I can make another one this spring.
The hall tree was made from 3 vintage waterskis with a little bench or table for the seat. I added the ski's metal fin as a little shelf and a hook to hang things.

What about hanging an old lifejacket on the face to function as a backrest.

Boy Scout troop for a project. But NO more because I love this project. I think I'll make me one. The idea of the rug
for the seat cover was great as well. Posted: 7:53 pm on February 11th
