I removed the old wiring from this light fixture, spray painted with a texture paint, then went over it with a couple of coats of black (flat I think for this project).
I'm always on the lookout for old bird-cage stands and hang garden chandeliers from them with a ribbon.
This chandelier sits outside on a little curtained deck area I have in my backyard.
Embellished with a few vintage crystals from my stash.
The crystal bobeches (what a find...50cents each!) hold small pillar candles perfectly.

Creating one-of-a-kind chandeliers is EASY to do!!!! Shop a local thrift store for an old hanging light fixture.......remove the wiring from the fixture (easy, easy, easy), spray paint and embellish to your liking. Use an old birdcage stand to hang your junk style chandelier from.
