LOVE on the line
January 7th, 2009 in blog, member junkMake a sign using old cotton clothes line and hanger wire. Remove the core of stuffing from the inside of the clothes line by pulling it out while sliding down the cord. Insert the wire into the clothes line. Make sure the wire is one continuous length. Shape the wire covered cord into your word of choice. (my letters are about 8" to 15" tall each) Glue the spots that cross and tie with a bit of string. Seal the ends with glue and clamp till dry. You can try it out by making a single letter or simple shape. I am hanging this in my shop window for Valentines day with lots of heart shapes.
