Just a gentle reminder to myself that the best things in life are, indeed, free.  These plastic marquee letters were in a "free" box from a garage sale and are quite fun to play with.  There's always some spelling going on in the workshop, what with me and my five year old daughter!

I'm not sure about the juxtaposition of the Indian figure with the "LOVE" letters...I was thinking about Quanah Parker and his quote:

The White Man goes into his church and talks about Jesus.

The Indian goes into his tipi and talks with Jesus.

CottageElements writes: I, too, love letters (and letters that spell love)! My best find was a box of metal letters (about 8 inches) from a business sign. They were .25 each! Thanks for sharing!

Love the freebies! There are an endless amount of projects you can do with letters.

Keep on junking!
