I saw this little metal heater at the thrift shop Thursday ~ picked it up ~ put it back.  Then, as I was walking down the aisle, little JM voices kept Tsk Tsk Tsk'ing me!  I swear!  I thought WWMJMFD?  (what would my JunkMarket friends do?)  So, I brought it home !  I don't know what to do with it yet.  Maybe make a robot ~ maybe use it as the torso and add some legs and a head ~ I even like the old cord and the color is perfect in my decor...

And the back side could possibly be turned upside down for a face (I hope my kids didn't see me looking at the computer upside down, I'll never hear the end of it!).

Kathy's idea is good too. It would make a great light fixture.

Can't wait to see what you make out of it. My first thought was - gut it, and turn it into a light - the little rays of light coming thru the grate would be cool...

But, you're right - it definitely has some great makings for something robotic!
