I pulled many pieces together to make this brightly colored bird feeder.  The feeder itself is a child's toy playground with a tunnel, a highrise, etc.  Jelly can be put into the top of the highrise where there are 4 spaces for it.  Oranges can be placed in the other places on the openings to the sides of the highrise.  Birdseed can be sprinkled around the entire playground.  Bird love it, and love going through the little tunnel!  I built the 2x4 stand about 4.5 ft. tall and made a secure bottom to keep it from tipping over.  I then chose a lime green paint to match the birdfeeder and sealed it to protect it from the weather here in Michigan.  To keep squirrels off, I turned a plastic bowl upside down under the birdfeeder playground before mounting that.  It turned out fun and very user friendly, and is very easy to keep clean!
