Hello. Im a happy little flower.
A washer, vintage faucet handle, old bottle cap, stray clock part, a twig, nails and a picture hanger play nicely together in the sandbox.
Put the washer on first with E 6000.
Screw on the vintage faucet handle. If you look closely you can see that my dog has chewed the end of my screwdriver. Naughty puppy!
Glue the clock part to the inside of the bottle cap.
I used a small nail to attach the twig as the stem then I attached the picture hanger with its nails and lastly I glued the flat nails on as leaves.
And poof...You have yourself a little flower.
The result is a simple piece of assemblage art perfect for a rustic modern abode.

I am in love with rustic modern design and this project fits right in with the style. The reclaimed wood combined with industrial metal creates a look that is both warm and contemporary.
