Bright colors for the sure to come summer in Minnesota!
I have piles of old table cloths that are no longer fit for the table due to stains, holes and tears makinfg them perfect for projects like this. So what you need is an inexpensive pair of tennis shoes, a small brush, Martha Stewart fabric to fabric decoupage, a scissors and a vintage table linen.
First...brush the decoupage on the canvas.
Cut flowers from table cloth, apply to tennis shoe then brush a coat over the flower.
And there you have it!
I made the tongue reversible so you could wear it up or...
Flipped. Its all in the details.
I chose to do a reverse saddle shoe look. So the backs got in the act too!
Flipped tongue
Straight up tongue. I love having choices!

Little white sneakers are a summertime staple of mine and needed a new pair, I decided to jazz them up a liitle bit and have some fun at the same time.

Did you make this?
After you make it, show it off to other members in the Member Junk area.
