So I'm doing it! Wasn't quite sure what to call it, but I'm biting the bullet during this busy time of year and having a sale in my home. I've thought about it like forever and decided no better time than now! And since I really do love decorating for Christmas, this IS the perfect time, right? So here's just a smattering of what I have. Please note, as hard as I tried, I couldn't take everything out, so everything is not for sale. Oooops, my bad. Hope you enjoy the pictures and it gives you some inspiration! PS if you click on the pictures they will enlarge to get a better look!

A horse feeder turned into a cool looking display!

I love the smattering of whites and naturals...

And who could leave out chippy and white.

It's always okay to mix new with vintage! Love the new mercury glass!

This cabinet was in dire need of repair. Love how it works under the TV.

A little contemporary with vintage...a perfect marriage!

This little gal has horns :-)

Another little vignette with some fun and quirky pieces.

Who'd of thunk a popcorn maker used to display a winter scene? Me, of course!

A wine carrier caring other things besides wine (go figure), alongside some cheese graters which can also be used for votive holders. Some pretty white velvet pumpkins to complete the vignette.

Loving these velvet pumpkins. They even have a little light scent...yummmm.

A vintage handpainted winter scene. So peaceful....

I really love this piece, a vintage serving dish sitting atop an old farm piece. Again, LOVE!

There you go, just a sampling of what I'll have...still working on it. For more info, go to my event page on Facebook by clicking here. Hope to see you there!

CottageElements writes: Thanks, y'all for the sweet comments. Sale was amazing. Better than I had hoped. But as soon as it was over, I came down was some kind of crud and was flat on my back until today. Feeling better, thank goodness. Hoping well enough to put things somewhat together tomorrow so I can do it again on Saturday!

EmmasNookandGranny writes: It all is most gorgeous, as I would expect from Lanette. :) Gotta tell the rest of you, I have been to Lanette's home during the Christmas holiday season and it is nothing short of fabulous. She does Christmas better than anyone. If you have a chance, stop by her vintage home market this weekend and tell her Marge sent you! Then give her a big hug for me because I can't be there to do it myself.

Merry Christmas to all!
