Two Repurposed Sewing Machine Drawer Holiday Card Holders

Here's a couple of repurposed holiday creations using some antique sewing machine drawers, vintage yardsticks, old keys, and wooden alphabet blocks.  I thought they would be great to hold holiday greeting cards either on a countertop or hung on the wall.

Because I'm so limited on storage space for holiday items, I think it would be a great idea to have the drawer detach from the back tree, then have it interchangeable for other celebrations such as birthday, Valentine's etc. Of course, you'd need a different back board for each event.
