Odds and ends? Recycling - Paper and Plastic? Dirty Laundry, darks and lites? The list goes on and on and on!
A little miss matched set begging for a little makeup to brighten its day!
A wee bit of chaos around the pool for a day or two isnt that big of a deal! I was actually shocked we had nice weather for 2 days in a row this summer!!! Best use it to my advantage!
Any small scraps of wood are ideal for the little hanging chalkboard signs. Just trim to size, sand off the rough patches and add some chalkboard paint!
You can see the graphics well here. Courtesy of the Graphics Fairy. You may also note, the little dresser knob I added to hang the chalkboard sign from. Reuse Reuse Reuse
Another angle and another use. For drinks on hot afternoons or parties. We took the coolers for a test spin during my darling better halfs 40th birthday this summer! Worked like a charm. If you are hesitant on adding water to the bins to help preserve them, may I suggest simply putting in a garbage bag or plastic liner before adding ice or water.

A fairly easy re-do for anyone to try. White wash some mismatched bins for a more uniform look. Add any graphic to the top if you so desire. Drill holes through the tubs and add hinges to the lids. Drill a hole in front, add a knob and hang a home made chalkboard sign. Add a little shelf below if you so choose. A coat of paint or two to match your decor, or leave it rustic and "as is" such as the way the before photo appeared. Uses - anything!!!! I had a million different ideas for uses. I chose to shoot 2.
