SALINE ANTIQUES AND VINTAGE MARKET IN ANN ARBOR showcases the independent business owners with an ever-changing variety of up-cycled, recycled, repurposed, and antique items at each show.   Pickers, designers, collectors, home decorators and enthusiasts are all anxious for the opening of the season June 14 & 15 .... This diverse market promises excitement at every turn -  a cigar store Indian might be next to a vintage pedal car or a vintage designer handbag found next to a painted corner cupboard. Discovered near collectible toys could be vintage jewelry and glassware from the 19th century.  A Chippendale chest or turn-of-the-century industrial lighting fixtures together with Indian and ethnographic items might be found in a space next to  Mid-century Modern artwork..... and don’t forget the primitive furniture and accessories that might be located with an array of garden sculpture and containers.  It’s all here for you to find... explore to your heart’s desire!

The first show of the season will be June 14 & 15 with a special 'GARDEN LOVE' booth in Bldg B curated by Julie Hites.  Julie is featured in "Along the Garden Path" and "All About Country" by Judy Condon.   Julie will have the books for sale and autographing throughout the show.  Also Dad's enter free with one paid admission.  July brings the "Carload of Friends for $10" and special "Patriotic Salute to Veterans" with a free veteran's admission with one paid admission.   August is the 2nd annual "Vintage Fair" with admission just $5 but if you bring your vintage camper or auto, the driver gets in free.  In Sept. we'll feature "Plain & Simple Antiques".  Saturday 8-4 & Sunday 10-4 at Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor/Saline Rd, Ann Arbor, MI  48103  Mgr. There will be beautiful antiques and vintage pieces put together in a single display so it becomes easier for collectors and buyers to appreciate and compare which ones to hoard back home.
