The top and back are the hinged cover.  Everything else was pried off and attached.

The mostly-intact original organ.  Time to pry, pull, etc.

This project is ready to go home. The organ's original owner was the new owner's great grandmother. She had neither the use nor room for the whole instrument but very much wanted a useful keepsake. She left it up to me to decide what that would be. Fingers crossed that she'll like it.
