My first retirement DIY project

I had tried the mason jar lights, and loved them, however the bulbs did not last long, I assumed it was due to the heat in the jar, (I did punch holes around the lid to help, but nothing helped) so I found these at a discount store and have had them for months. I think they look great, and I was afraid my husband wasn't going to like them, because he likes "store bought" stuff. anyway, I just retired and finally had time to make them. We both love them.
