Blanket Ladder

I found the uprights at Habitat ReStore for $2 a piece. They are particle board with a beautiful veneer surface.
This was a fast and simple project thanks to the drill press with a Forstner bit.
I just remodeled my guest room, so I had wood curtain dowels that worked perfectly for the rungs.
Of course, Ill save the finials for another project.

I've tried all kinds of ways to store old camp blankets. Don't know why I didn't build this a long time ago! I also wish I could remember to take pictures DURING the work!
