After replacing an old weathered deck, my husband and I repurposed the old lumber by using it to build a gardening workbench/storage unit in the garage.
The shelving will provide winter storage for all my garden pots and planters.
Old apple crates fit perfectly and act as storage bins for garden supplies.
The old rake as storage hook trick.
A small shelf is a perfect spot for seed jars, hose nozzles, and collectibles.

Perfect piece of work for my "Lloyds Landing of Sears" design studio in our little cabin next to our new home...we lived in it and camped in it while we built our home. Now we are trying to set it up as a studio for me to use to up-cycle "trash to treasures." Posted: 8:04 pm on August 11th

StrangeCargo writes: Carrie, this re-purpose looks too good for the garage (although I'm sure its' pressure treated wood warranted this location)! This warm and very inviting space is quite beautiful.
