Great piece for kitchen island or buffet with storage. Old wooden desk, added wheels to make it mobile. Painted with reg. paint which I added 1 TBSP. baking soda to make my own chalk paint. Seems durable enough. Never sanded, only wiped up with wet cloth to clean it off before painting.
