New JMS Contributor...Annie de Jongh of Grace and CorazonFebruary 11th, 2013 in blog, projects
I have had the great honor and pleasure of working at vintage events with Annie for the past several years. I am now thrilled to announce that she will now be joining the JMS community as a contributor. Woo, jewelry, hoo!!!!
Annie started off in this industry as a jeweler working mainly with vintage religious materials. Let me tell you, from first hand experience...her creations are works of art. But, she didn't stop there. Annie has continued to grow, evolve, and become far more diversified. You'll now see a whole new line of vintage fashion and accessories ala Annie. This all leads me to what she likes to call Flippin' Boots that brought her a feature story in this months Altered Couture. Awesome!! Take a peek at the short tutorial from the magazine and an image of the boots above. I like to call them Cinderella boots. If they fit you...you'll walk away with them!!! It's worked that way with me more then once. Ah,hahaha!
Ms. de Jongh will once again be a dealer at Vintage Marketplace in Hendersonville, TN February 14 through 16. She will also be doing a "Flippin' Boots" demo at 1 PM on February 14th. There will be a prize drawing and one lucky attendee will walk away with a one-of-a-kind pair of Flippin' Boots. Now that's a yee ditty haw!!! For show details visit the Vintage Marketplace Facebook page by clicking here.
Annie will be a a fabulous addition to JMS...I'm sure you will all agree! Welcome Annie...i look forward to working with you in this new arena!
After you make it, show it off to other members in the Member Junk area.
