A vintage birdcage is filled with shimmery Christmas baubles and topped with a bird on a 'nest' made of a fun, glittery napkin ring.

The bird cage is as I found it, chippy paint and all. All I did was brush out the cobwebs! Posted: 1:36 pm on December 9th

Welcome to the site and thanks for posting your great display idea.

jowalker writes: great idea!!! I usually gather all my round vases and fill them with ornaments and add a clear glass plate in between. It usually is about 2-3 ft tall when I am done and protects all the old ones from breakage. I have a cat that loves to seeif things move! Posted: 12:03 pm on December 7th

Junk_Sophisticate writes: Welcome to JUNKMARKET Style mountaingoat! I'm so glad you posted this pretty vignette. Did you paint and distress your birdcage or did you find it with that lovely patina?

Can't wait to see more of your posts!
