A few more "borrowed" ideas

Glued button-type disk to bottom so it would sit.  Placed extra hoop in hole of ornament top.

Though not an exact copy, the wheel photo display is based on one that Junk Market did.  JM used one big wheel, but I used 4 smaller wheels (only because I didn't have a big wheel that I liked but I had the small ones).  They're mounted on an old yellow cupboard door that still had some old hardware.  The wheels do turn.

The ornament photo holder was based on something I saw just lately, but I don't remember where, it could have been a new magazine or some old clipping.  Their idea was for a placecard for a dinner table, but I thought a photo holder would work too.  If you put in 2 photos back-to-back it could be seen from either side.  Some photos held tightly, but others were loose so I revised it a bit and will show in another post.

The photo oranmanet place card idea is great too. I haven't seen that before with vintage ornaments, but a gift I bought for one of my best friends were new silver smaller size ornaments made to look vintage with flat bottoms that are place card holders for dinner. My best friend already received them and just loved them too. It would of been cooler to have made my own had I saw your post first. Oh well, there is always next year. Cute idea to display the photos too.
