60's ViewMaster Lamp

I love to make lamps out of unsuspecting objects! This time, we bought some items by the box at auction. When we got them home and examined the items we had actually bought the boxes for, this little ViewMaster turned up at the bottom of a box and we didn’t even know it was there. I decided it needed to be a lamp! I disassembled it, removed the guys and cleaned it up. I then cut the back side off of the lens, mounting a night light inside it so it would look like it worked. Then took an old donor Target lamp and transferred the parts to the projector! It just turned out great!
