Here are some of the lamps that I have made using vintage beer cans and energy drink cans.  The shades are made of pull tabs linked to make a chain mail, which makes a great shade and awesome light pattern.  I have these and other varieties for sale on my Etsy page http://www.etsy.com/shop/LicenseToCraft
