Old Metal Ladder Turned Into a Storage Rack

I bought this metal ladder at an occasional store a while back. I was thinking it would be great for display at shows.
Until I realized my son needed some hooks in his room. So I flipped it upside down and backwards...and a fun hook rack was born.
I just used a little wire to hang it...
...which also made a great spot to display some art work.
A bike basket tied on with twine is a good place to stash some books.
I made this little canvas chalkboard by painting over an old faded canvas picture with gray paint and then with chalkboard paint. Great to add a message for our little Jedi.
And there you go...up off the floor, for now ;)

My son needed a "little" help getting organized in his room.  This old metal ladder did the trick...function and fun.  He LOVES it!!
