Seat cover makes a great tote.
Crazy quilt patchwork seat and a little paint.
With the pillow I made using a vintage doily and buttons

I had purchased the chair some time ago.  As I no longer decorate Victorian it had gone to the store room.  Saw it one day and decided to give it a face lift.  Hated to toss the needlepoint seat so I made a tote bag from it.  Couldn't find any good handles, they were all plastic and $20+.  Went to Goodwill and bought a bag for $3+, cut the handles off and put them on my bag.  They were good leather handles and worked great.
