Altered Watercolor Paint Tin

Art class was always my favorite subject in school. I have fond memories of those metal tins that held the little blocks of watercolor paints. I was thrilled when I found a vintage paint tin at an estate sale. I created an altered art piece using the tin as the base and adding layers of thrifted meaningful memorabilia.

Junkpony writes: Love this...I couldn't get enough of art classes in school, I wish I would have saved the many paint tins I went through. The addition of Viewmaster (?) wheels is the perfect touch. Posted: 12:05 pm on August 21st
