This is the sweet and the nothing part of the post. Summer has arrived and you all know I love me my flowers. Yummy!
We start with the basics of the project. OK...the leather thingy is a fishing rod holder. Love that!!! Then we mix it it with a shot glass. Who cant love that? Talk about junkstoposition! We have a little hammer to go along with the little nail. We have moss and flower foam to go along with the flowers. We have a project!

I measured the backside of the strap against the hole in the front side of the strap and punched a hole through the leather to match.
I filled the shot glass with moss. I know some of you may be disappointed,
Then a wee bit of floral foam was added. A shot glass can only hold so much!
Then I added the flower power.
Tap that same nail that was used to puncture the leather strap as a hanger...
There you have it! Poof...

I bought this little doo dad when I was with Jim Healy in Connecticut. Funny thing is ...I knew I had to have it and Jim knew i had to have it.  Jim knew immediately what I would do with it,  Am I that predictable? Somtimes I am....sometimes I'm not. I do however, love my sweet little junk nothings. So here you have it....

Did you make this?
After you make it, show it off to other members in the Member Junk area.

JunkArchitect writes: Hey Suzi-Q! Yes you are predictable when it comes to junk, food, wine, more wine. And yes, I do remember when you bought that little pouch and we talked about doing a similar project. Well it turned out beautiful and I'm glad you liked my suggestion...now you owe me dinner...and maybe a nice junk gift.

I've been slacking with my junk creations and it's all due to being extremely busy at my day job. I miss posting so I'll try like crazy to get something really junky up soon.
