I have been collecting Vintage Decanters for several years now.  I was never really sure what to do with them (besides fill them ) until I saw this awesome idea on Pinterest! A pub in England had photographed this amazing chandelier made out of vintage decanters.  My boyfriend and I searched and searched the interenet trying to find a blog about how to do it ourself, but NO luck, so we had to get creative and here's the final result!
