Trashy Moneybag

I found an old US Mint moneybag at an estate sale. I had no use for it, but I liked it so I bought it. 
It was the exact same width as a gallon size freezer bag, and that gave me an idea. A trash bag for my car!
I trimmed down the top and pressed the cut edge in, then postitioned the freezer bag inside the money bag. 
I stitched all the way around with my sewing machine. 
I also added a little tab with some old twill tape. 
The bag seals shut, so nothing can escape this little trash bag. Not even odors!
It made a great trash bag for my car!

A canvas money bag and a gallon size freezer bag make a great little trash bag for my car. It seals shut~nothing can spill out!
