Potting Bench from Galvanized Drawers

I built this bench this weekend using two drawers and scrap wood. I placed one drawer upside down and bolted the drawers together end to end.
My husband helped me drill holes in the metal (boy is it thick!) for the bolts. We ripped some old 2X4s for the legs. We added an extra leg for support.
Everything used in the bench was from scraps and stuff I already had.
I also made a cover for the dirt tub to keep the soil damp. For moisture proofing, I lined the bottom of the lid with an old plastic cutting mat.
I can also use the cover as extra space to set things.

I wanted to make a new potting bench and was thinking about what to use when I came across these drawers I posted here 2 years ago: http://www.junkmarketstyle.com/item/21798/got-idea
