This was in the back of the trailer on the way to the dump! I used spray paint and sand paper. After it dried I rubbed it down with some polyurethane. I changed the ugly wood knobs and put on some crystal knobs. This is going in my daughters room ;)

Jillskii writes: Thanks! I'm an amateur! Its all trial and error right now. All I did was sand down the already red paint very lightly then I took spray paint and sprayed in directly onto the brush. Then I painted it on like it was regular paint. That gave it the streaked effect. Once I was finished, I took steel wool to it and it brought more of the red out.
