Maybe find an old end table and another chair, paint them all or coordinating colors and use them for a small nook to sit and watch the world go by. Sometimes it's just the right spot to be out of range of the phone but still hear if you're needed by your spouse or children. Can you put her in a spot that gives her more of a purpose than to just sit on? As a bedside table, a bookshelf (stack some books on her), in a bathroom, laundry, etc.
