Working on an entry way table made with an old door and barn wood.  Still feels like it needs something....Not completely done yet.

DesertRat writes: If this is to be used as the place to drop things as you come home it's a perfect opportunity to use old door knobs and coat hooks. Shallow tin cup to toss your keys, a knob to hang an umbrella or jacket, and a clip or magnet for those "reminder" notes. Posted: 11:53 am on January 16th

The door finish is great so I wouldn't mess with it and I'm assuming it will be mounted against a wall. I would keep things very simple with a framed painting or mirror above your cool shelf. Make sure whichever you decide to use the frame is chippy, the painting is old and the mirror is crusty. Repurpose one canning jar as a vase with flowers that compliment the painting/frame, etc. and you're done!

What you've done so far is perfect, now it's just adding the details.
