Finished Industrial Style Coffee Table

I missed my usual Thursday & Friday estate sale shopping days because I was out of town.  Got home late Friday night so I was still able to go to some sales on Saturday which I normally don't do.   So thankful I went out!  Had to drive about 40 minutes to go to two great sales where I found some fun items.  The metal wheeled cart was pictured on estatesales.net with a wine barrel on it.  When I got to the sale, the barrel was gone but the rack was still there in the basement and I got it for half off!  Well, after a little sanding and cleaning it has been married to a top of an old wood chest.   Not sure yet what I'll do with the large wire screen, it was too cool to pass up along with the pull cart & stool that I found in the Barn.   Got any ideas?

CottageElements writes: Love the coffee table...my style! I wonder if you could use the screen as a dining table top piece with glass on it? It would be very industrial. Otherwise maybe use it on a wall as a back drop to frames, pictures or chalkboards. Just thinking out loud. Be sure to show us what you do with it.

Yeyas Antiques writes: Vintage, I see the Screen as a Few Table tops (Both outer Sections, that is). Not sure how the cutup will look close up, but you may be able to at least make a few. Posted: 8:02 pm on August 9th
clarerose writes: What divine finds! re the wire screen... I have an old firescreen hung on the wall, which I use as a memo board/ ideas board, using fridge magnets to attach things. This could be quite a feature used this way? cheers Clarerose :) Posted: 6:39 pm on August 9th
