I love old tobacco tins and metal matchbox covers but they tend to gather dust. I just found this very large and beautiful old vase and, upturned on a turned wood base, it suits them perfectly. Scattered through are nails from two old shipwrecks off the West Australian coast.

While I was at it, saving on dusting time, I put my miniature bottle collection under glass too.
